Tasks
- Management and development of the entire IT & Organization division
- Ensuring maximum availability in all KRITIS relevant environments
- Management of various strategic business-relevant projects
- Responsible for achieving customer and company-relevant certifications
(e.g. PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, data protection, TISAX) - Head of the crisis management team responsible for ensuring operations in emergency situations

- IT Strategy
Development and implementation of a new central IT strategy to make dependencies more flexible and reduce dependencies and make use of all existing data streams. - Capacity management
Expansion of capacity management to optimize utilization and purchasing conditions (IT procurement). - Data management
Introduction of SAP BW/4HANA to support finance and sales. - E-payment services
Introduction of various payment systems and options, including BlueCode, el. Document archiving for customers, EP/2 in Switzerland, contactless payment with GiroCard - Fraud risk management
Introduction of a central fraud risk management environment to reduce/early detection of fraud cases.
